What personal information do we collect from you? The Personal Data that Maquitec may request through the website are those necessary to contact you, contract our products or services, as well as those related to the execution and/or fulfillment of your relationship with Maquitec. Specifically, the Personal Data that we may request are the following: (i) full name; (ii) domicile; (iii) date of birth; (iv) landline and/or mobile phone number; (v) email and (vi) Federal Taxpayer Registry.

 

Additionally, in case of requesting our products or services, we will request your Personal Data considered as financial or patrimonial, such as the data of your bank card or payment method, which will be used for the purpose of carrying out collection efforts, issuance of payment vouchers, as well as any other that derives from its contractual relationship with Maquitec.

 

You must give us your express consent for us to process the aforementioned financial Personal Data.  In the event that you do not give your express consent for the processing of your Personal Data (including financial), we may be unable to offer you our products, or any other service you wish to contract with us.

 

How do we obtain your personal data? Maquitec may collect your Personal Data either directly when you provide it to us and/or through our website or other means, such as when you request the provision of our services or purchase of our products by any means of contact.
